Luke K. Gbualo is the dedicated Administrative Assistant to the District Education Officer (DEO) in District 1, Rivercess County, Liberia, since 2013. Highly respected for his integrity and work ethic, Luke briefly served as Acting DEO in 2014 due to his exceptional performance. With a background spanning from roles at the National Elections Commission to the Central Bank of Liberia, Luke’s experience is diverse and extensive. With over 30 years of experience in education, Moses K. G. Sekowu is currently a dedicated Mathematics Instructor at Voinjama Multilateral High School and Free Pentecostal University in Lofa County, Liberia. Before his teaching roles, Moses served in critical relief efforts during the Ebola crisis and worked as a food-aid relief worker with ADRA/WFP. With a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of Liberia and teaching certifications, Moses’s passion for teaching and commitment to education have left a lasting impact on students both locally and internationally.

Administrative Assistant at the National Civil Service Agency – Grand Bassa County
