NSCDC Officer Emerges Integrity Icon Awards Over-All Winner An officer of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps, NSCDC, in Kogi State, Mr. Musa Agono, yesterday emerged the over-all winner of the Integrity Icon Awards.
