Harare North under the Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Development and Vocational Training. He is recognized for his deep dedication to youth empowerment, inclusion, and community resilience in a politically polarized environment. Mr Zinhoro leads initiatives that transcend political divisions, ensuring that young people prom diverse backgrounds have equal access to empowerment programs and resources.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mr. Zinhoro has been instrumental in forming youth associations registered with the Zimbabwe Youth Council, giving young people access to essential support, mentorship and skills training He works tirelessly to secure school enrolment for youth with disabilities, support young mothers with income-generating programs, and guide youth associations towards self-sufficiency. His dedication has fostered a supportive network, including a team of 22 young volunteers engaged in various community development activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">His advocacy for young people\u2019s concerns include drug and substance abuse focussing on vulnerable youth, and actively working to reintegrate young recovering from addiction back into society. He conducts home visits, and one-on-one mentorship, providing young people in recovery with the confidence and tools to transform their lives and make positive contributions to their communities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After working in his department, and witnessing his willingness to go out of his way to positively influence society, university student Natasha Malunga was motivated to nominate Mr Zinhoro. \u201cHe consistently mobilizes support from stakeholders, finding innovative ways to fund and sustain his initiatives, all while championing mental health, drug awareness and social inclusion\u201d, she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond his immediate responsibilities, Mr Zinhoro co-founded Mkundi Foundation, a youth-led organization focussed on building resilience among young people with disabilities. Through the Foundation, and mentoring of junior parliamentarians, he fosters a new generation of leaders committed to social justice and inclusive community development.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Simon Zinhoro\u2019s work is an inspiring example of an inclusive non-partisan approach to community engagement. By bridging divides and focussing on the well-being of young people, Mr. Zinhoro serves as an inspiring role model, demonstrating the power of integrity and resilience in public Through this leadership, the GMB has implemented strict guidelines for accepting gifts, instituting transparent reporting channels and a Code of Conduct that makes ethical misconduct and the abuse of office a chargeable offense. He steered the introduction of a secure and anonymous reporting platform which has led to the recovery of nearly 4,000 bags of fertilizer and 560 bags of wheat, worth over USD 130,000. Alongside an active informer network, the platform enables timely reporting and timeous action on incidents of theft and corruption. Dr Badarai, the GMB Chief Executive Officer, praised Muzambi saying, \u201che has shown great resolve in his work and has shown strong ethical conduct in all his dealings.\u201d Dr. Badarai went further, relating that Muzambi had even reported an attempted bribe of USD800, demonstrating his strong commitment to upholding ethical standards and setting a strong example of personal integrity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beyond enforcing rules. Muzambi actively empowers others to embrace integrity.
