Inspector Sam M. Dikoah is a traffic commander at the zone eight police detachment of the Liberian National Police (LNP), located along the ELWA Highway in Paynesville, Monrovia, Liberia. As traffic commander and chief investigator, he is known for investigating traffic accidents without discrimination and without favoring anyone. He does this in keeping with police standards and the laws of Liberia, and helps resolve complex cases involving human lives and damaged properties. He also works to educate drivers, motorcyclists and citizens about the rules and regulations of the road in order to avoid accidents. Inspector Diakoah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice, obtained in 2013 from the African Methodist Episcopal Zion College, in Monrovia. He also graduated from the Liberian National Police Training Academy in 2005 as a traffic officer. In his earlier years, he attended the African Methodist Episcopal Zion Elementary and Junior High School in Bomi County, and later in 2004, completed his high school education at the Calvary Temple Assembly of God Mission School in Jacobs Town, Paynesville.
